By using Online JSON Formatter (the Formatter, Compare, Schema, and Convert tools, collectively "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is a free, browser-based set of tools for formatting, validating, comparing, converting, and generating/validating schemas for JSON data. It requires no account and no installation. Processing happens entirely in your browser — see our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Formatting, validation, schema generation/validation, diffing, and format conversion are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or error-free in every case (for example, the schema validator supports common but not all JSON Schema keywords, and the schema generator infers a best-effort draft from sample data). You are responsible for independently verifying results before relying on them for anything important — including production systems, legal, financial, or safety-critical data.
Because the Service processes data locally in your browser and does not transmit it to us, we have no visibility into and no responsibility for the content you paste, upload, or generate. Do not paste data you are not authorized to handle. You are solely responsible for the JSON, schemas, and other content you work with.
You agree not to use the Service to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, and not to use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service in a way that degrades it for other users.
The design, code, and content of this site belong to their respective owners. Using the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the site itself. You retain all rights to the JSON and other content you process using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided free of charge and without liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use, including data loss, formatting errors, or reliance on validation or schema results.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
