We don't currently offer a contact form or support email — this is a small, independently run site, and there isn't a support channel set up yet.
Most questions about how the tools work are already answered on the Formatter page's FAQ, which covers things like data privacy, large-file handling, invalid JSON, and the repair, compare, schema, and conversion tools.
